M&E Engineer North Bristol- Static Role £50,000 (Mon-Fri) full time, permanent, 25 days BH, private healthcare Your new company: M&E Engineer One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider. This Role will be doing M&E technical works on a large commercial site in North Bristol. Single man site. Your new role as a M&E Engineer You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial site in North Bristol Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of appliances including: switchgear, fire suppression, HVAC, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, battery installations, small power and lighting, etc. This is a single man site so need to be comprehensive in mechanical & electrical maintenance. What you'll need to succeed: M&E Engineer A recognised apprenticeship in relevant mechanical or electrical discipline is essential. Driving license is essential. Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service technical multi-skilled role is essential. 18th Edition and Test & Inspect essential.
