ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to support multiple premium fashion brands through a unique blend of email marketing, social media management, and customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking initiative. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll gain hands-on experience across various marketing channels while working alongside a supportive and creative team. ABOUT YOU: You are a highly motivated and dynamic individual that enjoys a multifaceted role, thriving in a fast-paced, adaptive environment and enjoying a varied range of responsibilities, whilst naturally taking a methodical approach to completing tasks. Key Responsibilities: This role is split 50/50 across both customer service and marketing, a good opportunity to work both directly with the brand and customer. Email Marketing: Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and brand messaging across numerous brands. Social Media Marketing: Assist in managing social media content, drive engagement, and enhance brand presence across platforms and brands. Customer Service Advisor: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, liaising with the warehouse team and ensuring a positive experience for all customers across all service platforms. Key Qualifications: Experience with Shopify and Mailchimp is preferred but not essential. Previous experience in a marketing/customer service role would be highly beneficial. A genuine interest in customer experience and brand communication. A natural problem solver with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset is a MUST. Strong self-time management and organisational skills. Must thrive in a dynamic environment and be adaptable to different brand needs. This role is ideal for someone who is energised by problem solving and thrives in a multifaceted environment.
