Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Main ContractorLocation: LeedsSalary: £55,000 plus package Key Benefits Competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Stability and opportunity to increase salary 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period) Role & Responsibilities Review and complete estimates / pricing enquiries for commercial construction projects. Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings. Complete cost value reports, and final accounts. Procurement of raw materials and plant for site. Ensure projects are completed within budget. This is hybrid role of estimating and quantity surveying, subject to workloads / live jobs About the Company Regional main contractor with project values ranging from £500k to £2M. Focuses on commercial projects, including healthcare, education, grade 2 listed and housing schemes A small but stable regional main contractor. Required Knowledge & Experience BSc Quantity surveying or studying towards. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word. Experience Quantity surveying and estimating Full UK driving license.
