Factoring Officer

I am looking for a Factoring Officer to work in a Glasgow based Housing Association on a temporary basis. This will be EVH Grade 7. The exact duration of the role is TBC however around 12 weeks minimum is expected. The post holder will assist in the effective delivery of the factoring service at the association and be the key point of contact for customers who receive their Factoring services. The post holder will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for all owner occupiers, shared owners and private tenants.Working with the Factoring Manager, the post holder will be responsible for providing an excellent front line factoring service to owners in accordance with the Association's policies, procedures and statutory requirements.Experience in a factoring role is essential for this post.Please apply below for further information.
