Job Title: Multi-Skilled Carpenter Location: Basildon Job Type: Full-Time/ Permanent Salary: £36,000 per annum Join a leading provider of property maintenance in Basildon. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and maintenance tasks in social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance. Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance work in social housing properties. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. Requirements: NVQ in Carpentry or Construction Maintenance Operations. Proven experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence. Benefits: Company van provided.
