Senior Structural Engineering Manager – Mobile Telecoms - Permanent Hybrid Working (Reading area) Join as our Senior Structural Engineering Manager and be the technical authority for site design across our national telecoms estate. Lead structural engineering decisions, set design standards, and drive innovation in both existing and new infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee structural design for telecoms infrastructure Provide expert guidance on design queries and deployment issues Ensure compliance with BS EN standards and industry regulations Manage supplier relationships, auditing, and documentation Oversee and develop a specialist team of three engineers Drive new product development and ensure structural integrity of network sites Requirements: Experience in structural engineering, specialising in telecom structures . Strong knowledge of UK telecoms tower types and their suppliers. Proven ability to analyse and assess tower, structural, and foundation designs. Solid understanding of construction methods and tower installation . Familiar with CDM regulations and compliance requirements. Expertise in BS EN standards related to structural and civil engineering. Team management experience (engineers and graduates)
