Area Sales Manager Adhesives and Levellers - Fassa UK LTD Hybrid Full-time Associate About the job Post title: Area Sales Manager Salary grade: starting from £43 with extra on target bonus Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week Location: Home-based / London and South East Reports to: National Sales manager / Commercial Manager Service area: Commercial Department This position aims to sell and develop opportunities for existing and potential new customers throughout London and the South East. Principal responsibilities To implement an effective sales strategy. To develop new sales opportunities and increase market share throughout London and South East region. Provide expert support and customer care on the Fassa Bortolo adhesives and levellers. To deliver CPD presentations and specifications to Architects and other professional organisations. To complete monthly project log, weekly call report, sales data base. On site assistance as and when required. Experience and Knowledge This position would ideally suit someone from an existing construction sales background who is looking for their next career move. 2-3 year sales experience in the tile and floor industry. Previous experience of working in the adhesive and levellers industry is advantageous, however good knowledge and an enthusiastic attitude will also be taken into consideration. Knowledge and understanding of the Construction industry functions and roles Proven sales experience. Willing to travel with overnight stays where necessary.
