Key Duties: Covering Central and West London Provide specialist property advice including mortgage valuations and security assessments for residential investment properties Comply with RICS regulations and keep up to date with local markets and developments in legislation Complete validations of panel surveyor valuation reports Provide market reports and any information required Key Skills/Experience Required: Fully qualified MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS Up to date CPD Clean driving licence In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of £70,000 - £80,000 plus excellent benefits including g enerous holiday allowance, with a day off for your birthday, paid community volunteering, company-wide, profit-sharing bonus, pension plan with employer contributions of up to 10% of your annual salary, life assurance and personal accident cover.
