So if you’re keen to immerse yourself in the world of interiors and learn the ropes of PR at a leading agency, we'd love to hear from you Key responsibilities of this role include: Press liaison: Be the first point of contact for junior press and stylists, building these relationships with support from the wider team Influencer campaigns: support the planning and implementation of influencer programmes with talent research, creative concepting and reporting Event organisation: Support the roll out of media and influencer events including compiling and managing guestlists, researching venues and working with suppliers Client relations: Contribute to preparation for meetings, present when relevant and take notes Media monitoring: Play a central role in reading a selection of national newspapers, supplements, magazines and websites to identify client coverage as well as track trends and interesting news stories Reporting: Log all media and influencer coverage for your clients and generate regular reports Sample management: Facilitate product sample loans to stylists, editorial teams and for commercial opportunities Writing: Craft compelling content for mailers, press releases, and expert commentary Business development: Research and contribute ideas for new business pitches Industry knowledge: Stay up to date on trends and developments in the homes, interiors and lifestyle sectors General admin: Manage client assets (imagery and other), incoming calls, office admin and expenses We're looking for a candidate who brings: A genuine passion for the homes, interiors and lifestyle sectors - and the world of PR , with an awareness of current trends and what drives consumer behaviour A proactive approach to problem-solving , always taking initiative and thinking creatively to deliver solutions Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of projects are meticulously managed and that high-quality work is consistently delivered Strong written and verbal communication skills supported by an innate interest in the media Resilience and composure under pressure , to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, journalists and influencers Creativity and curiosity aplenty Proficiency in MS Office suite and social media platforms Benefits of the role include: An extra day of holiday for your birthday Hybrid working and flexi time Summer hours - early Friday finish while the sun is shining Office closure between Christmas and New Year Bi-monthly socials Summer party & Christmas party Interest free travel loan Mentor scheme Training and development Dog friendly office
