Progress Coach

I am currently working with several colleges accross the south who are actively recruiting Progress coaches on a full time / part time basis. Some key responsibilities include: Pastoral care, providing counsel to students with mental health, safeguarding, or personal challenges Supervise study sessions Act as a member of the safeguarding team Attendance and behaviour. 1:1 tutorials to support attendance No classroom teaching If interested, please apply and i would be happy to discuss further
