Project Manager - £10m Listed Building refurbishment - Kent The project is a £10m heritage scheme, comprising a full refurbishment of a Grade II Listed building nr Chatham, Kent. Structural alterations, full internal refurbishment and some façade work. The project is due to start in April, so is a good time for an experienced Project Manager to get involved with pre-con and design, site set-up and then delivery. The project runs through until the end of 2026. Key skills / background: ·Refurbishment, heritage of Listed Buildings, structural alterations, cut & carve ·Time spent with proven contractors in the UK ·Experience as a Project Manager on jobs from £5m - £20m as a No1 on site managing a team ·Programming skills ·Client facing, good communicator The company is a reputable £40m turnover building contractor that works cross the Commercial, Residential, Heritage, Education and Healthcare sectors. Salary would be circa £85,000 - £90,000 car allowance package This role could also be referred to as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Construction Manager and Project Lead.
