If you answered yes to the above, this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role is for you The role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant I am working with a SEMH School based in Bromley that are looking to appoint a new Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team In this role you will be working with key stage 3 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health and will be working 1:1 with students out of the class. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be working in line with other staff members and will work on de – escalating students behaviour using behaviour management techniques. To be considered for this role you must have experience working with challenging behaviour and SEMH. The school – SEMH This SEMH school is based in Bromley and caters for students aged 11 – 16 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils.
