Is aware of and demonstrates safe and appropriate body mechanics to reduce the risk of injury to self, staff and patients. New graduates considered. -Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy -Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License -BLS (American Heart Assoc.) Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Acute Licenses: PT-IL Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) Weekends: PRN; no more than 1 per month SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history -Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Facility Location Champaign-Urbana encompasses a large metropolitan area of Illinois and is home to a university and extensive medical network.
