2025 CBRE Property Management Internship

Overview The Thurgood Marshall College Fund and CBRE are proud to partner for the CBRE 2025 Property Management Internship, an 8-week program. This program is tailored for rising juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a career in Commercial Property Management. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and valuable skills through hands-on experience alongside seasoned professionals at the world's largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm. The internship enhances your learning and development by offering a strong foundation to build your career. It provides an exceptional overview of CBRE's integrated service lines while engaging in specialized learning and development activities designed specifically for program participants. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Hands on Property Management experience at CBRE office, retail or industrial managed properties that could include tenant relations, client reporting and budgeting, property inspections, lease abstraction, compliance reviews, tenant/vendor meetings, leasing team meetings and tenant events. Participate in opportunities to interface and learn from local, regional and national leadership. Tour office, retail, and industrial properties in the market. Shadow typical Property Management positions in the market Attend local events which could include: Employee Business Resource Group events, Team meetings of varying product types or job functions, CBRE Cares events Qualifications Qualifications: Attend a TMCF Member School Have a TMCF Formatted Resume TMCF Resume Template A strong academic background, preferably majoring in Business or Real Estate. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused. Current college Junior or Senior . Experience with MS Office. Strong presentation skills. Ability to network and develop strong relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Internship Dates: June 2, 2025 - July 25th, 2025 Pay: $20-$25(depending on location) Locations: Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA;Washington D.C.
