With over 50% of their homes rated Outstanding by Ofsted, this is an opportunity to be part of a truly exceptional organisation.About the Role:As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the long-standing Registered Manager (7 years in post) to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. The current Deputy, who was previously the Registered Manager for many years, is relocating to Spain - leaving behind a rare opportunity to step into this established and stable team.You will be expected to support the home's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing leadership to the care team. On occasion, you may be required to provide support in other homes, with the furthest being in Stoke or Oswestry, but the organisation's low staff turnover means this is a rare occurrence.What We're Looking For: Level 3 or Level 4 Apprenticeship in Children's Residential Care Minimum 3 years' experience in a residential setting, with at least 12 months post-qualification A commitment to buying into the home's strong, values-driven culture A team player who thrives in a stable, experienced environment Ability to work the 2 on / 4 off shift pattern with sleep-ins, plus an additional shift every 3 weeks Willingness to support other homes in emergencies when neededWhy Join?
