What You’ll Be Doing: As a Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering complex renewable energy projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, you will: Perform Technical Calculations: Apply your engineering knowledge to carry out a variety of structural and civil calculations across international projects. Project Involvement: Contribute to major renewable energy initiatives, including feasibility studies, design analysis, and technical reviews. Training & Development: Benefit from structured training programs, including shadowing senior engineers and access to external development courses, to accelerate your professional growth. Collaborate: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and mechanical engineers, to deliver innovative solutions. Compliance: Ensure designs meet the latest industry standards and regulations, including Eurocode. Problem-Solving: Provide technical support and innovative solutions to overcome engineering challenges in renewable energy infrastructure. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking ambitious, detail-oriented, and driven individuals with the following: Education: Degree (BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. Passion for Renewable Energy: A genuine interest in working on sustainable energy projects and contributing to a greener future. Technical Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to perform engineering calculations and interpret technical data. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Location: Must be commutable to Ripley, Derbyshire, or willing to relocate. Ambition: A desire to achieve Chartered status (ICE, IStructE) with support provided. What’s In It for You?
