Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor less experienced therapists, while contributing to training programmes that enhance team knowledge and skills.Professional Growth Career Development Pathway: If you are currently at a Band 5 level, this role offers a clear pathway to progress to a Band 6 Specialist position, with ongoing support and training. Continuous Learning: Engage in comprehensive training opportunities tailored to your career goals, ensuring you stay at the forefront of best practices in Speech and Language Therapy.Essential Requirements Qualifications: Recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, HCPC Registration, and membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language. Experience: Proven experience as a Speech and Language Therapist, with the ability to lead supervisions and provide training. IT Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
