Job Description

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:  Grade 12 / equivalent with high level of computer literacy Working experience within the warehouse environment Strong people skills and communication ability Able to work under pressure and good time management Candidates must reside in the relevant areas The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage and maintain warehouse admin effectively and assists warehouse operations team Ops / Admin – GRV’s, delivery notes, invoices; ensure warehouse is real time vs physical stock; ensure pick slip and dispatch note creation; assist with and ensure stock takes are done as per SOP; ensure timeous billing; adherence to bond store processes; investigate stock variances Financial management / invoicing / reporting – prepare supplier invoices; strict and accurate invoicing; forwarding of invoices; manage WIPs and accruals; assist with reporting; job loss management and preparing credit notes Management of customer relationships – external and internal Quality & risk management – work evaluation; ensure procedures followed; prevent/recover losses; identify risk areas; auditing documents; bond store clearances  Salary: R12 926.00 per month  Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to
