Job Description

The position involves: Managing files, Answering phones, Scheduling appointments Providing general office support. The successful candidate will also handle tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and assisting with customer inquiries. Required: Fluent English & Afrikaans Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel (Working with formulas) Strong knowledge of Pastel Pleasant attitude and telephone manner Be a Self-Starter Diary Scheduling experience Own Transport and valid drivers Matric/ Grade 12 Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.
