What You Need To Bring Experience in fast paced recruitment (if you have hired into startups, even better). Stellar communication skills (you know how to engage and build trust). A team-first mentality but also the ability to own your work. Strong organisational skills (you can juggle multiple tasks like a pro). An eye for detail (accuracy is key in this game).
