Role Overview As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier talent within our client organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to earn based on their performance. Key Responsibilities Sourcing Candidates: Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Pipeline Management: Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands. Placement Success: Successfully match candidates with client opportunities, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a commission-only environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
