Field Guide

The ideal candidate is a newly qualified guide looking to kick start their career. While the lodge is not located in a Big 5 Game Reserve, drives are conducted in a Big 5 Reserve. Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 essential FGASA Level 1 Minimum or CATHSEETA equivalent Valid Drivers license and PDP Valid First Aid Rifle Competency or Proficiency certificate Excellent communication skills and command of the English language Understanding of how a lodge works and all of its departments Well-presented, confident, and well-spoken candidate Have a passion for conservation and guest satisfaction Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills Be willing and able to work in a team environment Good time management skills Live in position - 6/2 work cycle
