Java Developer - J2EE/Spring Frameworks

Role Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. Responsibilities : Software Development : - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Technical Design and Architecture : - Contribute to the technical design and architecture of applications. - Implement best practices for software development and design patterns. - Work with microservices architecture. - Problem Solving and Debugging: - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Perform code reviews and ensure code quality. - Perform debugging and performance tuning. Database Interaction : - Design and implement database schemas. - Write and optimize SQL queries. - Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL databases. - API Development and Integration: - Develop and consume RESTful APIs. - Integrate with third-party systems and : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 4-10 years of experience in Java development. - Strong proficiency in Java SE/EE. - Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data). - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle). - Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
