Senior React Native Developer

Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile applications using React Native. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to create seamless and visually appealing mobile experiences. - Lead the development of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to improve performance and usability. - Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and implement best practices to ensure code quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process and product quality. - Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience : - 5 to 8 years of professional experience in mobile app development. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React Native. Skills : - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks/libraries. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. - Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode, Gradle, and Android Studio. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and UI/UX standards. - Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git. Additional Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues. - Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Detox. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of mobile applications.
