About Xemplar : . Xemplar is a US-based software and solutions company specializing in customer engagement and risk management software using AI/ML, GPT, Mobile, Web, and Cloud technologies for insurance and financial services customers primarily in the US and Europe. We are expanding our team and currently have openings for React Developers to scale up our workforce within front-end development. We are looking for seasoned React Developers who have extensive experience in building scalable, performant web applications. Interested candidates will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with an opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals across various teams. Must Have Technical Skills : - Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. - Experience with state management (e.g , Redux, React Context API). - Experience in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Strong experience in consuming RESTful APIs and integrating them into React applications. - Familiarity with unit testing (e.g, Jest). - Proficiency in Git for source code management. - Experience in debugging and optimizing web applications. Nice To Have Technical Skills : - Familiarity with GraphQL. - Familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms. Job Responsibilities : - Should have 8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development using React and Typescript. - Work in sprints assigned by leads to develop user-facing web applications, ensuring high-quality code and smooth integration. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to implement dynamic and engaging user interfaces. - Be flexible and proactive in researching and adopting the latest libraries and tools to improve application functionality. - Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and modern development standards. - Ensure the scalability and performance of applications across all devices and browsers. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for peak performance and reliability. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate new techniques and practices into ongoing projects. - Contribute to designing solutions based on business requirements and technical architecture. Qualifications : - Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery. - Must have 8 years of hands-on, full-time experience in developing scalable React applications. - Proven experience working with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested code. Educational Qualifications : - Engineering graduate or B.Tech/MCA with relevant major subjects like Computer Science. - Applicants with other advanced certifications in relevant areas will be preferred.
