Software Developer - PHP/MySQL

Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of allcurrent IT systems, Websites, PCs, operating systems, databases telephones, software applications, and peripherals. 2. Project manage the implementation and integration of the planned new ecommerce marketplace portal. 3. Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services andsystems. 4. Manage and develop IT staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline. 5. Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing writtenprotocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users. 6. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades. 7. Oversee provision of IT Support in all offices. 8. Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements. 9. Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budgetreview. 10. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. 11. Negotiate and administer supplier contracts and service agreements. Qualifications and Key Skills : 1. A Post Graduation degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience 2. Expert knowledge of database design, RDBMS (MySql), NoSql(Mongo DB). 3. Expert knowledge of LAMP. 4. Progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment. 5. Demonstrated ability to lead a team of technical staff, to work with the Executive, Management of an organization, and to manage multiple concurrent projects. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Strong project management, organizational and time management skills 8. Strong people management skills 9.
