If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in scope management, change management, and seamless stakeholder engagement, we want you on our team Title : Project Manager Location : Hyderabad (Onsite) Employment Type : Full-time Work Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM IST Exp level : 2 - 7 years Roles and Responsibilities : - Project Leadership : Lead and manage IT projects in areas such as Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, and Application Development using Agile methodologies to achieve successful outcomes. - Project Planning : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, to ensure transparency of timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Scope Management : Clearly define project boundaries, efficiently manage scope changes, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. - Risk Mitigation : Identify, assess, and address project risks to ensure minimal disruptions and smooth execution. - Change Management : Oversee change management processes, including creating and managing change orders to meet evolving business needs. - Agile Ceremonies : Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement. - Budget and Resource Management : Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints. - Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates and aligning project goals with organizational objectives. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Effectively coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution across global locations. - Issue Resolution : Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve project challenges and maintain progress. - Team Leadership : Promote accountability, foster a results-driven environment, and encourage continuous improvement within project teams. Qualifications : - Proven experience managing IT projects in Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, or Application Development domains. - Expertise in Agile methodologies, including the ability to lead Agile teams and drive Agile practices effectively. - Strong capabilities in scope management, risk assessment, and change management processes. - Proficiency with project management tools, including Gantt charts and scheduling software. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage onshore and offshore teams effectively. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. - Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance to exceed project goals. - Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in fast-paced environments, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. - Serve as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are set and met, and aligning teams to deliver on business objectives. - PMP, Scrum, and SAFe certifications are a plus, adding credibility to your exceptional ability to lead complex projects to success.
