E-Commerce Intern - 6 months FTC

Job Summary: Christian Louboutin is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our external e-commerce sites. This role will be instrumental in managing key operational tasks, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers, and maintaining strong relationships with our e-commerce partners. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the daily operations of external e-commerce platforms. Support with data management, including pricing updates, stock checks, and product uploads. Conduct weekly site walks across all partner websites to ensure correct representation of products and pricing. Coordinate with internal teams to manage geopricing and stock availability ahead of key seasonal launches. Collaborate with IT to resolve data and pricing-related issues before each season launch and for ad hoc updates. Manage the download and organization of e-commerce pack shots for partners. Provide product nominations for curated edits on partner sites. Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark our e-commerce presence. Track and record Christian Louboutin product or brand features across partner sites and social media. Attend external meetings with partners, document key discussion points, and follow up on action items. Handle additional operational requests as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Basic experience with Excel and data management. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a plus. Our Business: Christian Louboutin opened his first boutique in Paris in 1992.
