Position: Tech Lead Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Experience: 8 - 14 Years Company: Talent Worx (Recruiting for a Leading Global SaaS Provider) About the Client: Our client is a leading global provider of housing accommodation automation software solutions, with over 30 years of experience and a vast customer base worldwide. They specialize in creating thriving residential communities and offer unmatched expertise in university, college, and private property manager housing and conference operations. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Tech Lead to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, drive technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. You will be responsible for improving, modernizing, and decomposing large codebases, and guiding the team through the entire software development lifecycle. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Drive architectural and design decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework 4.6 / .NET 6). - Implement web technologies, including C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. - Develop and maintain robust testing frameworks using C#. - Develop and deploy solutions on Azure SQL. - Improve, modernize, and decompose large codebases. - Identify and implement performance optimizations and architectural improvements. - Ensure the scalability and maintainability of the software. - Work with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure preferred). - Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions. - Manage and optimize cloud resources. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. - Promote and implement DevOps principles. - Automate deployment and release processes. - Participate in project planning and estimation. Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - 8 - 14 years of software development experience. - At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar role. - Experience working on SaaS platforms at scale. - Demonstrated experience creating products and features from the ground up and taking them to production. Technical Skills : - Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework 4.6 / .NET 6). - Strong proficiency in web technologies (C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS). - Experience with testing frameworks in C#. - Proficiency with Azure SQL. - Experience with version control systems (Git). Soft Skills : - Strong communication, inclusion, and visibility skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications: Technical Skills : - Knowledge of accessibility standards. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Proficiency with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
