SAP Manager - FICO/SD/MM Module

Position : SAP Manager (Assistant Manager/Manager) Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India (or Mumbai) Department : IT Advisory Risk Consulting - IT Audit & Assurance Company : Talent Worx (Recruiting for a Leading Big 4 Consulting Firm) About the Client : Our client, a leading Big 4 consulting firm, is seeking experienced SAP professionals to join their IT Advisory - Risk Consulting team, specifically within IT Audit & Assurance. This team provides independent assurance on IT controls and helps clients mitigate technology risks. They offer a range of services, including IT internal audits, SOX 404 testing, IT attestation, and more, focusing on SAP environments and emerging technologies. Job Summary : As an SAP Manager (Assistant Manager/Manager), you will plan and execute client engagements focused on SAP FICO, SD, MM, and audits of SAP environments. You will evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls, identify improvement opportunities, and mentor team members. You will serve as a liaison between clients and upper management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities : - Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM, and audits of SAP environments. - Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle. - Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in SAP FICO, SAP security, and SAP controls. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to clients. - Assess and document SAP general and application controls. - Perform testing of SAP controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Identify and evaluate risks related to SAP security and access controls. Team Leadership and Development (For Managers/Assistant Managers) : - Supervise associates and interns on engagements. - Coach and train team members to enhance their SAP knowledge and skills. - Provide guidance and support to team members in their day-to-day activities. - Serve as a liaison between financial services clients and upper management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP best practices, security standards, and emerging technologies. - Contribute to the development of methodologies and tools for SAP audits. - Experience with SAP GRC version 10.1 is preferred. Requirements : Experience : - Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP audit, SAP security design/re-design, or SAP Financial implementation. - Experience working on SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP MM modules. Technical Skills : - Hands-on experience with SAP financial and security implementation and/or effective SAP audit experience. - Strong understanding of SAP controls and security concepts. - Knowledge of SAP GRC version 10.1 (preferred). Functional Skills : - Understanding of business processes and financial controls. - Ability to analyze complex data and identify risks. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - - Strong client relationship management skills. Education : - Master's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
