Job Title : Senior Technology & Delivery Lead Location : Noida (On-Site) Experience : 10 Years Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology & Delivery Lead based in NCR with 10 years of experience in the IT services industry, working with international clients. The ideal candidate should have 7 years in technology consulting and 3 to 5 years in project delivery, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale IT projects. This role requires expertise in managing Tech Leads and Solution Architects, driving innovation, and delivering strategic technology solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have : - 7 years of experience in technology consulting, including enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and IT strategy. - 3 to 5 years of experience in handling project delivery, ensuring seamless execution of IT projects. - A proven track record in leading Tech Leads and Solution Architects, driving innovation, and delivering strategic solutions. - A balance of client engagement and delivery execution, ensuring successful project outcomes and strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities : Technology Consulting & Strategy (7 Years) : - Lead technology consulting engagements, providing strategic guidance on digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy. - Define and implement technology roadmaps, aligning with business objectives. - Assess and recommend emerging technologies to drive business value. - Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to propose innovative IT solutions. - Provide thought leadership on Mobile/Web Apps, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Automation, and Digital Platforms. Project & Delivery Management (3-5 Years) : - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. - Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and governance models, including : 1. Agile for development processes 2. DevOps for CI/CD and automation 3. ITIL for service management - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to streamline delivery processes. - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for smooth project execution. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management : - Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery. Team Leadership & People Management : - Manage, mentor, and guide Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and Senior Engineers to align with project goals. - Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Encourage collaboration across teams, resolving technical and architectural challenges. - Conduct regular performance reviews, skill development sessions, and succession planning. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Tier 1 College Preferred - NIT, IIT). - 10 years of experience in IT, with 7 years in technology consulting and 3-5 years in delivery management. - Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, and emerging technologies. - Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery. - Strong leadership skills, with experience handling Tech Leads and Solution Architects. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
