The ideal candidate must work on Rotational Night Shifts and the ability to manage projects. - SAP Solution Manager Consultant Team : Solman Implementation, FRUN Configuration and Avantra setup - 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP projects Like Solution manager Implementations, ChaRM SolDoc, CTS And Technical Monitoring. - Committed to work in 24-7 rotational shift and openness to work in continuous night shift on future business needs. - Good verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely. - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management - Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Hands on experience on Solman installation and Configuration - Hands on experience Hands on experience Adding Systems in Solman SLD and LMDB - Experience SMD Agent installation and trouble shooting. - Hands on experience on Managed System configuration - System monitoring configuration for ABAP and Non-ABAP systems - System monitoring Template Assignment for ABAP, DB and Non-ABAP, Alerts, and thresholds adjustment - Should have worked on Charm Configuration, Creating Projects, Maintain ORG Structure, Activating ChaRM, Configure Request for Change, Normal Change, Urgent Change, Change Document, Maintenance Cycle creation maintenance, Email Notifications, Custom Workflows. - Should have worked on Establishing retrofit functionality. - Configured service desk and ITSM in solution manager. - Experience on EWA report configuration and Troubleshooting - Good experience on FRUN and Focus Build - Knowledge on Cloud ALM implementation and Operations - Added advantage - Zabbix and Avantra tools - Solution Manager Certification That is what makes us special : - Team-oriented corporate culture, collaboration as equals and steady knowledge transfer - Active participation in shaping your future. - Individually tailored mentoring program - Sustainable career support with our career model and individual development programs (ref:hirist.tech)
