Job Title : SAP Basis Implementation Consultant Experience : 3 to 6 Years Qualification : Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate Notice Period : 15 to 20 Days Mode of Work : Work from Office Mode of Shift : US Shift Rotational (Including Night Shift). Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled BASIS Consultant with strong customer-centric skills, excellent communication, analytical thinking, a result-driven approach, and strong collaboration skills. The ideal candidate must work on Rotational Shifts including Night shifts and the ability to manage projects-Implementations, upgrades & Migrations: - 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP projects Like Implementations, Upgrades and/or Migrations. - Committed to work in 24-7 rotational shift and openness to work in continuous night shift on future business needs. - Good verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely. - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management. - Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Implementation experience in one or two SAP products -ECC on HANA, S/4 HANA, BW, BO, PI /PO, Fiori, Gateway, Web dispatcher etc. - Minimum of one end-to-end implementation experience. - Knowledge and experience in SAP sizing is advantageous. - SSO configuration and support experience is advantageous. - Hands on experience in performing version Upgrades. - Migration experience of both application and databases is advantageous. - Experience in data center migration is advantageous. - Strong experience in applying sap notes, support packs, performing EHP upgrades and kernel upgrades. - Performance Tuning experience in SAP product range. - Strong installation and upgrade experience in at least two databases- HANA, MSSQL, Oracle , Sybase and DB2. - Strong experience in windows ,Linux and Unix operating systems. - General backup and restore experience across the databases. - Strong experience in client copies, system copies and refreshes. - Solution manager experience is advantageous. - Need to be a team player.
