CloudKeeper - Java Technical Lead - Spring Boot/Hibernate

Role & responsibilities : - Developing intelligent and scalable engineering solutions from scratch. - Partnering with the customers to share product vision and goals. - Working on high/low-level product designs & roadmaps along with a team of ace developers. - (S)he will be responsible for server-side component designing, detailed technical design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. - Building products and applications using razor-edge technologies on Open source Java tech stack, HTML5, Backbone.js, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc. - (S)he will also review and understand business requirements ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects. Requirements : - Experience managing a team of 5 developers. - Expertise in SpringBoot, Hibernate, and RESTful services. - Well-versed in Microservices Architecture and Distributed systems. - Experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Gradle). - Familiar with best coding practices, code reviews, and tools like SonarQube. - Proficiency with relational (preferably MySQL) and NoSQL (preferably MongoDB) databases. - Familiar with caching (preferably Redis) and queuing systems (preferably RabbitMQ). - Experience working in Agile environments, using tools like Jira or Confluence. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
