.Net Developer - HRMS Modules

Job Description : As a DOT NET Developer with SQL expertise, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our ERP/HRMS software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include : - Must have Prior Experience in Developing HRMS or Attendence & Payroll modules in a ERP - Work on front-end and back-end components ensuring high-quality deliverables - Develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies. - Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers in SQL Server. - Ensure database performance, security, and scalability. - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Provide technical support for existing applications. - Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues. - Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference Preferred Qualifications : - Any Graduate - Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Power BI.
