Data Solution Analyst - PySpark

Job Description : Data Solutions Analyst will work within the Data and Analytics Office to develop/ implement New Age- Data marts and Data Solutions best fit to Business Requirements within and outside of the Data Analytics Office. Data Solutions will function under the umbrella of Data Management practices. The purpose is to provide cutting-edge data solutions to day-to-day business problems. Understanding Source Systems Databases and building Data pipelines for Data Lake and Cloud solutions is prime KRA. Responsibilities : - Participate in the data mart design/ framework/ optimization exercise to develop/ build and improve data practices/processes, standards, rules, etc. - Design/ Develop and implement ETL data pipelines/ rules and Monitoring mechanisms. - Analyze data concerns/ issues and collaborate with business stakeholders to address the issues and design adept resolutions. - Knowledge of new-gen tech stack technologies. - Contribute to building Data mart solutioning along with the team and bring data know-how within the Data Analytics office. Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities : - Able to stronghold on Technology stack. - Should have techno-functional : - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Management office within the Banking Domain is preferable. - Graduation : Graduate Engineering. - Post-graduation : / Post Graduate Engineering - preferably NIT /IIT / Tier College. - Professional Qualification/Certification : Cloud certification (AWS/ GCP/ Azure). - 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking / Financial stream (Data Engineering / Data Products). - Must have experience in developing automated data pipelines. - Must have experience in PySpark, AWS, Cloudera, Hive, Big Data tech stack, Airflow, and Strong SQL.
