Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer - NLP/Tensorflow

Responsibilities : - Develop and implement AI/ML models for OCR, NLP, and NER tasks, focusing on extracting structured data from scanned and digital PDF forms. - Fine-tune pre-trained models using Hugging Face Transformers for NLP, OCR, and entity extraction. - Design and implement NLP techniques, including Named Entity Recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, topic modeling, text summarization, and relationship extraction from unstructured text sources (social media, literature, email body). - Develop and deploy models for semantic search and recommendation systems. - Extract structured data from scanned and digital PDF forms using OCR-based AI models. - Process and analyze large volumes of unstructured text data. - Build rapid prototypes using Gradio or Streamlit for ML model demonstrations. - Visualize data and model results to communicate insights to stakeholders. - Utilize Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for model development. - Work with Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML model serving APIs. - Utilize relational databases (Postgres, MySQL). - Work within Linux based environments, and use Git for version control. - Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for model training and deployment. - Work with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (a plus). - Work with vector search engines and knowledge graphs (a plus). - Mentor and manage 2-3 junior AI/ML engineers on project execution and technical design. - Define AI strategies, review code, and guide the team on best practices. - Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
