Join a dynamic team in George and play a crucial role in crafting high-quality woven textiles Your Responsibilities: ✠Operate & Maintain Narrow Fabric Looms Set up pile fabric machines, prepare, and ensure smooth production with accurate warp start-ups. ✠Troubleshoot & Repair Identify and fix faults, conduct routine inspections, and maintain looms with preventative maintenance programs. ✠Ensure Safety Maintain safety features, controls, and PPE compliance. ✠Document & Report Keep accurate records of repairs, adjustments, and maintenance. ✠Quality Control Verify new warps against production sheets and maintain top-notch quality standards. What You Bring: Grade 12 with Textile qualification Minimum of 2 years' experience in Textile weaving operations Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and repair skills. Hands-on knowledge of loom operation and maintenance. Attention to detail to ensure precision in every weave. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong communication skills to keep operations running smoothly.
