Divisional Engineer

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Suitable Engineering qualification At least 8 years experience in the automotive industry at least 2 years experience in a management position Duties and Responsibilities: Performing an in-depth assessment of the company's integrated engineering infrastructure, considering its overall reach and size. Determining suitable engineering strategies to align with the company's present and anticipated business goals Forecasting the financial resources needed for the engineering department's investments and day-to-day activities Assessing the potential hazards and vulnerabilities within the company's engineering operations across all divisions. Implementing effective methods for tracking and evaluating expenses throughout the engineering process Establishing a formal reporting system to enable prompt and effective responses to engineering issues Actively promoting the company's objectives throughout its entire technical supplier network Guiding and motivating a varied team with forward-thinking and encouraging leadership Acting as the company's delegate at various industry and sector-specific events PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
