Float between L&D, OBSCU, and MBC as needed according to census. AWHONN staffing model is utilized. Sparrow is the regional referral center for high-risk obstetric care.3 Foster- Mother Baby CenterDepartment Description: 34 rooms. The Mother Baby Caregivers provide postpartum care for the mother and newborn care for babies. Baby Friendly Recognition.
