Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to support students' academic and social success. Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, receptive and expressive language, and pragmatic communication skills. Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal student outcomes. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students' communication goals in the classroom. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IEP requirements using our streamlined technology system. _ Qualifications: _ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or expected graduation within the next few months). New York State TSSLD Certification (or is in the process of obtaining it). Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and school-based populations. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Ability to commute or relocate to New York, NY, before starting work.
