Join Odoo Belgium as an Outbound Account Executive In this role, you'll drive growth through proactive outbound outreach, generating new leads, and creating demand across the European market. You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations. Part of your responsibilities will include daily interactions with key decision-makers in order to build your network, qualify leads, pitch produc, and solve problems. Use your persuasive skills to build lasting relationships and help businesses thrive. Responsibilities Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads. Lead the entire sales cycle: you’ll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, Provide potential customers with a tailor made demonstration of Odoo and handle the closing of the deals. Develop relationships and build trust with clients Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue MUST HAVE 2 years of outbound experience Strong business knowledge & sales skills Languages : English French Genuine interest in IT & software Analytic vision & fighting spirit Strong communication skills Work permit for Belgium WHAT WE VALUE Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude Open-minded & able to change with agility Quick & autonomous learner Entrepreneur mindset & not afraid to take appropriate initiatives Willing to contribute to great company culture Positive attitude & solution oriented Resilience as a crucial character trait NICE TO HAVE Previous experience in IT sector A third language is always welcome What's great in the job?
