About the job : We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in manual testing and automation testing using Selenium and/or Cypress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases, ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. Key Responsibilities : - Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress. - Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools. - Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UI testing. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define test requirements. - Implement and execute API testing using Postman/RestAssured. - Develop and enhance automation frameworks for test execution. - Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing. - Ensure CI/CD pipeline integration for automated tests (e.g, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Required Skills & Experience : - 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing. - Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, JavaScript, or Java/Python. - Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, or Jest. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI. - Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines. - Strong understanding of SQL queries for database validation. - Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Join us and help shape the future of AI-driven innovation by bringing the best talent into our organization About Techolution : Techolution is a next gen consulting firm on track to become one of the most admired brands in the world for "innovation done right".
