Your Tasks Align with the organization's brand values and goals to create website and social media content, newsletters, and other digital initiatives that support these goals and the desired identity Develop a 360-degree strategy that fulfills the needs of referring stakeholders and drives them to MED-EL's platforms, in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Referral Engagement Cooperate with all relevant stakeholders to create referral initiatives, content, and newsletters, and monitor their effectiveness over time, together with Senior Management of Referral Engagement Coordinate a production team to create and manage targeted content for referral engagement projects Your Profile Bachelor`s degree or higher (University, FH) in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or any relevant field Proven experience in developing and driving mainly online content activities, e.g., developing and implementing content and social media plans for B2B audiences in defined countries, as well as creating original content and new content formats for B2B audiences Expertise in using SEO best practices, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media engagement strategies and best practices especially LinkedIn and Meta Strong multi-tasking and project management capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, intercultural understanding, and strong problem-solving ability Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; passive or active knowledge of additional languages, especially Spanish, is a plus Your Benefits Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours International Environment Onboarding Workplace Well-Being Annual gross salary from € 50,284.19, based on professional qualification and experience.
