The Role : We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager: Proficient in using features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Should have good working knowledge of features such as: Email Studio, Content builder, Automation studio, & Journey Builder Key Responsibilities : - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and target audiences. - Developing comprehensive campaign strategies that align with the brand's marketing goals. - Building targeted customer segments using SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Audience Builder, and Data Extensions. - Tracking and analysing campaign performance across all channels, focusing on open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other relevant metrics. - Providing detailed campaign performance reports to leadership and stakeholders, offering insights and actionable recommendations for optimization. - Building and managing automations using Journey Builder, ensuring that campaigns are delivered at the optimal time for each customer. - Demonstrating a high level of proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio. - Staying updated with new SFMC features and leveraging them to improve campaign performance Skills Required : - Hands-on experience working on different Studios like Content Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder and Contact Builder within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Technical Skills : HTML, CSS, AMP Script and SQL. Able enough to build emails from scratch and also using existing templates in Content Builder. - Good understanding of Automation Studio activities : Query Activity, Send Email Activity and Import /File transfer activities. Hands-on experience managing subscriber Data, creating Lists, Data Extensions. - Thorough understanding of Journeys, Entry sources, flow-control, setting configurations. Build reports to analyse the behaviour of customers using Intelligence Report (Datorama) and Email Studio Reporting. - Knowledge of Email Testing rendering testing, compatibility testing, email testing using application like Litmus Knowledge on Salesforce Integration and API's is good to have. Certification : - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist-Must have - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Admin - Good to have - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer - Good to have Qualifications & Experience : - Any graduate - 4 years of relevant experience (ref:hirist.tech)
