Job Title : Sr Staff Software Engineer - ReactJS, Java & Microservices Location : Hyderabad Experience Range : 15 to 19 years Scope : We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr.Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-stack development, with deep expertise in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performance software solutions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and be capable of self-managing their workload. Our Current Technical Environment : - Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Git, Hibernate, REST API, OAuth - Scalable, resilient, event-driven, secure multi-tenant microservices architecture - MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD Insight, Application Gateway, Virtual Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD) - Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, RDBMS, Spring Boot, GitHub What You'll Do : As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, you will : - Drive the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing. - Architect and develop high-quality software according to clean code principles, Blue Yonder standards, and industry best practices. - Write and maintain effective test cases (unit, integration, and end-to-end). - Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, and provide innovative solutions. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. - Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy. - Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. - Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our systems. - Understand and incorporate information security best practices into all aspects of software development. - Understand how changes in the team's deliverables affect other teams and the customer. - Participate in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Identify operational issues and bring them to the attention of the team. - Autonomously plan and perform routine changes. - Independently resolves incidents around a limited set of service functions. - Independently handles service requests. - Realizes that resource consumption directly affects SaaS profitability. What We Are Looking For : - 16 years of experience as a Full Stack developer with expertise in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and open-source technologies. - Demonstrable experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based architectures on cloud platforms (preferably Azure) at scale. - Strong understanding of cloud-native principles, distributed systems, and multi-tenancy. - Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. - Experience with message brokers (Kafka) and event-driven architectures. - Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (RDBMS) and NoSQL. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Strong programming experience and background in Enterprise Java. - Demonstrable experience designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions in Azure. - Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud at scale. - Experience with implementation of Event driven architecture using Kafka, Spark or similar technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
