SAP Basis Technical Service Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled BASIS- Technical Service Manager with strong customer-centric skills, excellent communication, analytical thinking, a result-driven approach, and strong collaboration skills. The ideal candidate must work on Rotational Night Shifts and the ability to manage BASIS Implementation of ECC on HANA , S/4 HANA, BW, BO, Fiori, web dispatcher etc. - 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP implementation projects. - Committed to work in continuous Night shift EST timings - 17 : 30 to 03 : 30 AM IST. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely. - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management - Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. - Excellent presentation skills, create RCA's Landscape Reviews , Monthly service reports etc. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong Basis Implementation experience of SAP products -ECC on HANA, S/4 HANA, BW, BO, PI /PO, Fiori, Gateway, Web dispatcher etc. - Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation experience. - Knowledge and experience in SAP sizing is advantageous. - SSO configuration and support experience. - Hands on experience in performing version Upgrades and migrations of both application and databases is a Must. - Experience in data center migration is advantageous. - Strong experience in applying sap notes, support packs, performing EHP upgrades and kernel upgrades. - Strong Performance Tuning experience in SAP product range - Strong installation and upgrade experience in at least two databases- HANA, MSSQL, Oracle , Sybase and DB2 - Strong experience in windows ,Linux and Unix operating systems - General backup and restore experience across the databases. - Strong experience in client copies, system copies and refreshes. - Solution manager experience is advantageous. - Need to be a team player. - Knowledge on Cloud technologies -BTP, Integration suite, Cloud Connector etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
