Junior Graphic Designer, East London

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related Relevant design internship or portfolio demonstrating design skills Basic understanding of web design principles Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Basic understanding of composition, colour theory, typography Attention to detail and communication skills, Good creativity and time management ability The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Supporting senior designers: Assist with design projects by creating drafts, mock-ups, and basic design elements Developing design skills: Learn and apply design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques Creating visual assets: Design graphics for websites, social media posts, marketing materials, email campaigns, and print materials Collaborating with team members: Work with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines Research trends: Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices File management: Organize and maintain design files according to project requirements Providing design feedback: Receive and incorporate constructive criticism from senior designers Salary: R12 000.00 per month
