This strong community spirit is evident across numerous organic social media groups, where members share tips, encouragement, and expert advice. As our Community Manager, you will be the voice of The Lady Shake, fostering engagement and trust within our growing community. If you’re a qualified Nutritionist or Dietitian, this is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in health and nutrition with community-building skills. You will play a key role in educating, inspiring, and guiding members through their wellness journeys, ensuring they receive credible, evidence-based advice while fostering a supportive and engaging environment. You will be responsible for Actively engaging with community members across social media, forums, and chat groups. Using your nutrition or dietetics expertise to provide professional advice, answer health-related queries, and guide members on their wellness journey. Creating engaging, educational, and motivational content that aligns with The Lady Shake’s mission and resonates with our audience. Managing and communicating with Community Ambassadors, keeping them engaged and active. Working closely with Customer Service to respond to consumer inquiries and complaints. Promptly responding to direct messages, queries, complaints, and customer reviews on digital platforms. Establishing and upholding social media and online community guidelines to maintain a supportive and respectful environment. Monitoring and moderating community discussions to ensure accurate information is shared. Developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement, ensuring the community remains active and connected. Collaborating with the Head of Brand and Innovation to maintain the correct tone of voice and brand alignment. Using analytics tools to track and report on community engagement, growth, and brand sentiment. Working with the marketing team on brand initiatives, including virtual and in-person events. Gathering insights from the community to inform future content, product development, and marketing strategies. On day one you’ll have Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, Nutrition, or Dietetics (or equivalent). Prior experience in a community management, nutrition, or health-related role. High-level competence in Meta and Sprout Social software. A strong understanding of nutrition and health principles to support and educate the community. A passion for building strong, positive relationships and fostering an inclusive, engaged community. Curiosity about our female consumers and their health journeys. The ability to adapt your communication style and tone of voice across different platforms and audiences. Enthusiasm for The Lady Shake brand and the communities.
