About the Team & Office: We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join the Bronte & Lakey Breakfast show based on the Gold Coast A day in the life? As a Producer, your primary goal is to drive audience engagement and retention by crafting captivating content that resonates across on-air platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with production teams and talent, ensuring the content not only aligns with the HIT brand message but also meets key risk assessment and broadcasting standards. Your day will involve managing audience interactions, coordinating guest appearances, and keeping a pulse on industry trends to ensure our content stays fresh and relevant. You’ll also play an integral role in supporting national show strategies, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
